Billie Eilish ontving de prijzen voor Record of the Year voor 'Bad Guy', Album of the Year voor When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, Song of the Year voor 'Bad Guy', Best New Artist en Best Pop Vocal Album. Deze behoren tot de belangrijkste Grammy-prijzen die een artiest kan winnen.
